The scoring this year is absolutely awful the judges gave no credibility at this point in things

Yes I wondered exactly the same about Gio's breakdown. maybe they'd had a large bet on getting ALL the 10s!! Which they deffo deserved

I'm not complaining about this series at all. I reckon it's fab with NO audience for the pro dance (that was a leetle on the weird, not very good side) Even the fake applause was better than the hysteria of the REAL audience!

Yes Tilly started well but seemed to run low on stamina towards the end. She was overmarked AGAIN .

Tom wasn't wonderful. T And T were very good (good big bums cover up !!!!!) . OMG AJ was fab. I was pleased that Motsi gave her a 10 .

The lobsters could have been much worse, Dan is improving, bit odd choosing lobsters as Halloween subject .

That pro dance was one of the poorest I’ve seen.

In fact, I’m going to go to rewatch the one they did to Run Boy Run to make myself feel better.

Oti and Danny were most definitely robbed.

I too could have a sleepless night hoping Gio would be my strictly partner, or just thinking about him actually.

Gio crying, if Craig gives you a 10 you know that three more may follow as he’s always the low scorer. That on top of Ed Sheeran on Zoom following a fantastic tango after working so hard all week. I think he genuinely felt proud and emotional.

And the voters love it.

Agree with other comments this is most underwhelming series ever, it’s poor hope it picks up. Pro dance last night at start was a shocker just terrible. Not many good dancers this year ....hope Rose wins, don’t see any chemistry with Kai & AJ, lot of dances last night just meh....Tom was bad as was Sara, Judi was awful...scoring is all over the place to be honest ...roll in results later

If I remember rightly Danny was the ringiest ringah of them all and Ore OMG Ore!! Fairly IMO. he'd had a JOURNEY !!!!!!!

Thought the pro dance was badly filmed? Too much going on and it didn’t gel somehow although the outfits were amazing and it was like a quiz of wondering which professional was in each outfit!
I usually love the pro dance and Jason’s choreography is outstanding love the one few weeks back when all the pros were in complete synch it was mesmerising.

Favs were J and J they covered the floor loved the howl at the end thought it was great

Gio and Rose are amazing, agree with others who say think they are like brother and sister just makes me emotional watching them, I think Gios reaction is for Rose he knows how much she throws herself into strictly overcoming things that we can’t comprehend. You could see immense pride when he kissed her.
Loved AJ and Kai , he is so manly so graceful would just love to waltz round the floor with him!

I loved the changes in temp in their movements, and the light and shade through it. Most of the pro dances these days are frenetic messes.

Should have been tempo, obvs.

You're right @CinderFuckingRe11a - there's no comparison. It also reminds me of how much more personality the professional dancers had. Whether you liked them or not (thinking of Brendan!) they definitely weren't bland and didn't shriek all the time either - the females were similar - Aliona, Natalie, Flavia etc. All full of personality & you could certainly tell when they were happy / angry etc but they didn't shriek or make it all about them constantly and weren't hyperactive!

Remember that Kai's done 4 years on DWTS Ireland so from his POV AJ isn't his first celeb.

Kai and Nikita have potential but still both a bit bland.

I adore Gio but he's really the only one I like and feel has personality whilst also ensuring his partner shines and brings the best out of them.

I find Johannes too annoying and constantly 'look at me'; Gorka is boring (I know lots love him but I really don't get the attraction); Neil is just awful (as I've said many times!). Graz is growing on me but I'm not a fan yet!

I thought Motsi was pathetic going on about Kai and AJ chemistry it is all meant for entertainment purposes. keep up the interest

Gio and Alijaz are fab, Johannes is too much drama and look at me, Gorka is meh very boring and bland ...

Don’t think it worked with Katy and Gorka this series at all...

i didnt watch much strictly 2018 with Faye and Giovanni and i believe they didnt win as people wanted Stacey - but Faye and Giovanni was robbed

I agree Gio brings out the best in his dancing partner, not all strictly dancers do that, and not consistently.

There’s no flirting between them, just banter, I wonder if this is because they need some distance between them to communicate and are both concentrating more on the choreography.

That was a brilliant dance.

I've caught up on just the dances, and I'd say it wasn't the best hallowe'en show I've ever seen. I think there are quite a few potential candidates for the bottom two!

Someone has leaked the voting figures so I know who the top four are in general it seems. Surprised at one of them tbh.
