Female Sam is starting to do my head in. I think she's really thick. She creates dramas out of nothing but I don't think it's a performative thing, I just think she has a teeny, tiny world view and she can't see things from other people's perspectives. Really sick of seeing her looking for things to be offended by.

I think there are a few of them being unrealistic about how long that takes to build, for me it would be weeks at least but could have sex way earlier if the physical attraction was there.

Glad you agree @backtoschool1234 I think it's really immature to expect somebody for fall for you in days. And maybe don't sleep with them so soon if you're expecting such things before sex.

Really enjoying reading all these posts it's making me have MAFS withdrawals. Never seen your version (UK) what's it like? Anything like ours?

To clear a few things up: (don't worry I'm not going to give spoilers!)

Yes there is a lot of drama in our MAFS cause us Aussies live for it and yes the contestants know what they're signing up for (even if they claim they don't).

Regarding Botox, fillers etc. This baffles the majority of the population and seems to be more popular with a certain demographic but even then they'd be a minority.

So many blondes. I've seen more blondes on MAFS than I ever have living my entire life in OZ. Maybe there's a blondie Island off Australia where they're all being held. The blonde, surfie Aussie is a bit of a myth while being true to some extent.

I really don't like Patrick. I think he's got a little bit of Bryce in him, just a bit more covert. Sulking after the awkward bath, when Belinda was actually showing him affection, was pathetic. The unreciprocated knee sitting was as awkward as the bath!

I think Patrick maybe on the spectrum he doesn't understand social cues and tends to take things literally. Bruce is a grade a nob head. I didn't like coco to begin with but she's becoming a fast fave.

Yeah Coco is hectic but her heart is in the right place. There does seem to be something about Patrick. As for Bryce probably one of the most hated contestants ever here.

Bryce is just toxic. Has anyone else noticed how all his features are squashed into the middle third of his face? He’s very odd looking.

Would be a bit of both. They seem to choose contestants that like to show a lot of skin (nothing wrong with that) but it seems a bit overdone on the show. They all dress like they're going nightclubbing 24/7. I'm not too sure but I think they may supply some of the clothes. Then again if you see some of the outfits one particular woman wears in future episodes maybe not! But it really isn't a thing in normal social situations. We're usually a very casually dressed bunch unless it's a particular occasion like a fancy dinner in a top restaurant.

I think the way Patrick just withdrew after the awks bath and said ‘I’m just tired’ is a bit of a red flag for me. It gets tiring very quickly when someone wont/talk about what’s wrong and just goes quiet.

And in case anyone is wondering why the majority of the couples in this show are white. This is something that we ask ourselves because it doesn't reflect the real Australia unlike say Masterchef which is a bit more realistic. Why that is I don't know.
