I just don't get why Corey is not guilty. I thought they might find them both guilty. So many things wrong with the trial - Corey washed his trainers, Corey threw his clothes in the river, Corey couldn't pull a tiny little girl off Seb yet he broke up a fight between 2 men🤷🏻‍♀️

I wonder if his rucksack of clothes will be found?

Yes they probably are wanting to whip all the viewers up into a frenzy but I find it disrespectful to Sophie's family to do this. There have been plenty of other storylines which are not based on a real life case that they can get viewers worked up on, they didn't need to do it with this one.

Agree with you totally @MrsRobbieHart but I'm hoping Imran is using they key/invite to Sabeen's to maybe gain access to some damning evidence or overhear a visit/phone call from Stefan. One can but hope.

I thought he was amazing in that scene with Dev. Almost Shakespearian despair. Fab actor.

It was the scene where Nina was bride walking after Corey’s not guilty verdict and Roy was being so overly verbose that I meant. I agree he’s a fab actor. The writing let’s him down badly.

Just a way of prolonging the storyline - a bit pathetic, really. He will obviously be found guilty and get his comeuppance eventually, but it may take time!

I think young offenders actually goes up to 21 in real life.
But this is Corrie and not a reflection of real life

Not sure who this Sophie person is. Yes I could google it but there’s real life and then there is soap, why pretend the storyline is based on an actual person? That would be An awful thing to do. Odds are at some point a Corrie plot will match Real life, but it’s just coincidence...now they can send Abi to kill Corey..!

Sophie Lancaster. I thought Corrie and Sophies Mum had confirmed they were working together and that's what the storyline was based on. No coincidences.

The thing in those two episodes that annoyed me was Kelly asking how long she could get sent down for, Imran says twelve years, Kelly says I'll be thirty, two seconds later "I'm only sixteen"

Toyah is a complete and utter pain in the arse, and yes she does try to counsel everyone, yet she works in a factory, why doesn't she work as a counsellor.

Roy and Abbey are the best actors in it I think, although Dev was quite good tonight

Simon must have gone to the same acting class as Jacob and Noah from Emmerdale, it's all furrowed brow and pretend anguish, and the wailing and shouting of "WHY"
