When I worked in a shop upstairs the delivery drivers refused to carry anything upstairs. All left at the bottom, which was a different shop so I had to leave my till unmanned and go and rush to bring up heavy boxes by myself so they weren’t stolen or damaged and in the meantime try and serve customers upstairs I suppose speed Dahl is downstairs so maybe delivery drivers wouldn’t mind bringing them down.
