I met someone from my hometown a few years back. Cheerfully told me she ‘knew me from hometown* and about kids and whatever.

Told me she was having a big birthday. 40th.

Cheeky moo shaved 10 years off, fully forgetting I was in her year at school.

She scuttled off fairly quickly when my eyebrow shot right up and fell down the back of my neck.

It’s a joke that so many have been on reality shows before.
This is obviously now another reality show, hence the producers ‘recruiting’ for participants. Rather than the previous UK format, which did seem to be genuine people genuinely looking for love.
It’s a real shame.
(Obviously now I’ve started this series I will have to carry on watching)

Yeah, I'm losing interest because it's obviously just set up for the drama. I loved the Aus version because I thought they were real marriages. I'm not sure I'll see this out, tbh.

I think regarding how old someone looks, if you wear a lot of make-up and have work done it gives the impression you are trying very hard to look younger.
Lots of the contestants fall into this bracket.
Plus most mothers with a 15 year old child would be around 45years old. Marilyse falls into this category, she has had too much work and spends too much time on how she looks paradoxically this Makes a her look older.
How old is Nikita?
She is so plastic looking.
Franky has a toned body but I absolutely agree that his wrinkled face makes him look ten years older than he is.

I thought it was a really interesting experiment in the earlier series but now it's essentially wannabe celebs go dating.

I found the dynamic of the man from Brighton with the arsey dad and the ‘plain’ wife interesting to watch. I thought he was very respectful given he didn’t fancy her, but gave it a good go.

They may have family, just none who want to appear on tv? My parents wouldn’t attend something like this, neither would I tbh.

On MAFSA I liked Cam & Jules, Sarah & Telv,
The characters individually I liked to watch for mixed reasons were Melissa (the Dracula laugh ), Mike & Heidi.
The ones that made good viewing were Davina/Tracey and Ryan, Troy & Ashley, Nasser was a bloody nightmare!

I loved Cam and Jules, they were so in love and so grounded. I was also very sad when Mike and Heidi didn’t work out. And I really liked Elizabeth, seeing her with Sebastian was complete joy.

It that annoying bloke from aus show (Troy?) now on naked and looking for love show? Keep seeing an ad for it and I'm sure it's him.

I don’t know, I thought Mike was abusive and misogynistic. I was glad Heidi didn’t end up with him.

Strange how we can see things differently, isn’t it? I thought he adored Heidi and was very patient with her.
