Tired of sifting my way through the old thread. Let's chat here about this week's happenings...

Was really loving Gethin's salsa this week - reminded me a lot of Mark Rampracash last year - more so then Matt's last week actually. Can't believe his score wasn't as good as his waltz score.

Felt that Matt and Alesha were a bit flat this week, compared to their triumphs last week.

I think it's got to be Letitia out next week, then (sadly, cos I lurve him) Gethin, to leave Matt and Alesha in the final - really wish it could have been Gethin with them.

Every year I marvel at how much I really love this show, and how much enjoyment I get from watching it, and IT2...I think I am a dance wannabee, but don't have the time / courage to start learning.

emsie, I thought Alesha was a bit flat. But then it wasn't matt & Flavias best week either really was it.
Matthew Cuttler has a very strange voice. Very effeminate. All these weeks and Alesha is so bubly and very loud after, when they are speaking to them, that I had never really taken much notice of Matthews voice. But it is most peculiar.

Nab, I agree, Aleshas false modesty is starting to grate.
Wheels, I don't think it is offical, is it, the split ? But the gossip about Matt and Flavia is quite full on.

I didn't think Alesha's dances were as good this week - the judges overmarked her, I think, especially compared to Gethin's salsa. I keep noticing that her knees are bent all the time, and her Latin wasn't as bouncy as usual. What is the goss on Matt and Flavia now? That waltz with Vincent was soooo romantic, difficult to believe they've just split up...

Alesha wasn't as hot this week agreed but still bloody good!

There's summat up in the Flavis/Matt/Vincent triangle isn't there?

Matt was VERY subdued after the dance he obviously cocked-up big time the way he was apologising at the end but TBH I only noticed a little stumble & the judges didn't seem to say much about it & they usually pick up if there's been a whoopsy?

NAB3 that's hlf her charm is that she IS a tomboy & she sruggles to be a lay-dee & elegant.Matt usually doesn't get a word in edgeways!

And what was up with Matt then? He looked awful this week. Sooo tense. Was it the Vincent/Flabbier dance which had him on hot tiles? And am I getting too gossipy wondering if Louisa's appearance in the audience, the week after Vincent/Flab's split up is being talked about, is just pure coincidence?

The Sun are taking Tess' comments as proof that Flavia and Matt are 'together'. Not sure that I'll be taking that as gospel tho!

The digital spy forum lot don't think there is anything in their relationship. Apparently Flavia and Vincent have been together for 10 years and live together. Really don't know what I think, and not sure that I care - I just like watching the dancing.

That could explain Flabbia's glares at Tess then - and Matt's worried look, if Vincent was in the studio!

Been lurking for a while and to be honest cannot hold my SCD obsession in any longer !

I agree with notquitegrownup and tigerschick. Flavia looked savage at Tess - it was a bit embarassing and then Vincent and Flavia's Waltz seemed so real- wasn't it amazing. I think Matt has a big crush though. I'll help him get over it.

Also wanted to add my agreement to the false modesty from Alesha. Liked her at first but she is starting to get annoying - she knows she is good. Plus she used to be in a girl band so she knows how to swing her hips.

How do they decide the order the couples dance, does anyone know? Alesha nearly always seems to dance last which must be an advantage - or am i imagining it?

Did no one else notice Tess Daly'swonky boob on Sunday then? I sound like I'm obsessed!

Can I just add my twopenn'th and say that I would put money on Matt and Flavia NOT being together. He's just too young for her: He's only 20 for God's sake!

Still reeling from the new sexy Gethin's performance. It's the quiet ones you have to watch!

I didn't notice here 'wonky boob' on Sunday night but I have noticed it in the past - rest assured, it is not only you!
I also thought that they did a very good job of proving that she is capable of holding up a dress with each shoulder on its own

Really torn now about who I would like to win. I really wanted Jill Halfpenny to win serise 2 as she was just fab the whole way thru. Then I wanted Darren Gough to win serise 3 as he made such an increadible improvement. But last serise and this I haven't had/got a favourite at all. Alesha has been good all the time as has Matt, maybe to a slightly lesser degree to begin with. But now Gethin appears to be making such an improvement and Letitia is so lovely ... Ohh I just don't know!

does anyone know which of the pro dancers are gay..ian has to be right, hes so camp and im starting to think matt (the pro) is ...and i didnt know vincent and flavia were an item!! or used to be anyway...

They're all as camp as a row of tents!!!

As I asked on the other thread - was I the only one who noticed on the results show that the zip on Tess's dress was undone at least six inches at the back - looked like it wouldn't do up. I don't think wardrobe is very kind to her.

I think Vincent and Flavia are still together tbh - Matt is reportedly seeing Louisa Lytton, Flavia AND Alesha - so I suspect he is actually seeing none of them!!!

I'm now convinced that there is nothing going on between Matt and Flavia.
On the "who's gay" question: Brendan, Darren, James, Vincent and Anton are all either straight or doing a flawless impression of being straight. According to the digitalspy forum Nicole and Matthew split up when he came out, but that could just be gossip. I haven't seen anything suggesting Ian is either gay or straight, so he's just private.
Craig and Bruno are definitly gay - but not a couple!
Please don't think it 'matters' to me, I just find it interesting to know who people are behind their public faces, it gives them more substance.

Don't think there is anything going on with Matt and Flavia after this week either. I am sorry but I still really like alesha, she obviously just understands dance in her bones, and really feels her performances, although I do agree with arlene that her technique needs some work. Yesterday on ITT, I thought she really respects Matt a lot, she was really attentive when he was speaking. I hope she wins, but think it will be gethin and matt in the final. I love matt and flavia too, his rumba had such a lot of emotion in it. I think the Gethin was fabulous on Sat, but I find Camilla a bit annoying and messy/overflamboyant when she dances.

I think Both Flavia & Matt are really enjoying having celebrities who have some basic talent they can work with/on & see an improvement, must be great fun seeing them get so good!

Anton was a really good presenter at the behind the scenes thing in ITT the other day very natural talking to the camera-not convinced he's straight although he flirts outrageously which is fun!

I watched the Blue Peter segment yesterday, just to get my fix of Gethin being all sexy. now there's a youtube video on my favourites for a loooong time.
