Well done to Joe Salisbury who has now won the mixed doubles, with Desirae Krawcczyk (who he ditched after RG to play with Harriet Dart at Wimbledon- only Desirae went on to win with Neal Skupski).

I put C4 on but there was no sound, so went over to Prime.

Weirdly, channel 4 are basically just showing the Prime feed. Which makes sense, I suppose. The picture quality doesn't very good, but it might just be my eyes .

Channel 4 is definitely on now- but if they are relying on Prime, it's no surprise it's a bit hit and miss (remember when Prime first took over the US Open- it was bloody awful ).

No it's not great Raahh but it's a novelty for me not watching on a tablet

I can watch Prime on my tv, but sometimes the picture is terrible.
I have ended up watching on my phone, when dh fell asleep downstairs and his snoring drowned the tv out .

C4 have paid Amazon to use their feed. I doubt they would have had time to set up their own studio/presenters etc!

(I am hoping he stays awake long enough for me to watch this )

I’ve had no issues watching on prime this year, either on TV or tablet/phone

it gets very blurry sometimes but I don't understand why. Surely it should be as good quality as television!

Jane I don't know why it is, but sometime I turn on, and it does take a while for the picture to 'settle'. I have had the same issue with all the tournaments on Prime though, not just this one. It's not quite as bad on my phone- maybe it's the smaller screen .

Jane don't!- I really hope this is not a long match. I really will nod off.
I will definitely have to pace myself tomorrow, if I stand any chance of watching the men's final .

I tuned out Jane- I was more interested in Tim's 'casual' look.

I hadn't realised until today that Emma had changed her coach, since Wimbledon, from Nigel Sears to Andrew Richardson- who was Tim's best man!
