Yes it was @OnTheBoardwalk it was a huge deal at the time and they had an aftershow to discuss it with the actors.

I wasn’t watching at the time so don’t remember the live recording but watching now it doesn’t hit me as live. It’s so well filmed

JaneJeffer · 21/10/2022 23:24

They did a brilliant job.

These episodes on tonight are so much better than storm week by miles.

watching Wendy crozier and Tina in Biff's wedding episodes is very confusing

JaneJeffer · 21/10/2022 23:32

Random vicar for Debbie and Pete's wedding

I had FOMO ....I have watched them all !!

I checked the date for the final episode ..2015....they have a lot to fit in still for the next 7 years !

JaneJeffer · 22/10/2022 13:55

We're still in 2002 on normal Classic so it'll be a long time until we reach 2015 again Grin

And I will have forgotten I even watched the episode by the time they catch up 🤣

Snozzlemaid · 23/10/2022 09:32

Watching the classic episodes from the 80s now.
So is Pat, who Jack has married, Roberts real mum?
I knew Sarah wasn't his mum but never knew who was.

Alan Turner was a bit of a tit back then, wasn't he?
Another character who had a personality transplant at some point.

JaneJeffer · 23/10/2022 12:53

Yes Pat is Robert's real mother. She died in a car crash when he was a baby. He always considered Sarah his mum though.

Snozzlemaid · 23/10/2022 16:50

Thanks. Have watched another one and Annie is looking after baby Robert so gathered Pat must have died.

RaraRachael · 23/10/2022 17:11

Just watched the one where Home Farm blows up just as the Kings are arriving. I must have stopped watching by now as I can't remember this or Paddy having an affair with Viv 🙄.
Nice to have a bit of Muse playing in the background.

JaneJeffer · 23/10/2022 19:35

I was thinking watching that and the previous one with Coldplay that they don't really use incidental music anymore except for that awful Take On Me scene when Aaron was leaving 🤢

Iwas watching one of the really ancient ones and couldn't believe I once thought Joe Sugden was gorgeous.
In my defence I would have been about 14 and I do have very bad eyesight 🤣

Snozzlemaid · 24/10/2022 09:22

I'm now on the 1990s episodes. Much better.
Would love to see all these episodes. From when the Tates arrive maybe.

JaneJeffer · 25/10/2022 14:40

Who is the random bloke with glasses at Marlon's stag do?

OP posts:
RaraRachael · 25/10/2022 17:26

I didn't notice him @JaneJeffer but then I tend to ffwd through any scenes that involve dingle "hi jinks" or anything to do with the Dingles come to think of it

bizzey · 25/10/2022 20:15

I think random bloke was the person who drove Chas .

He made me smile in every scene he was in !

He stood out ...by literally...just standing there 🤣

JaneJeffer · 25/10/2022 20:22

Grin yep

Yes me too. One of the many annoying things about her character.

JaneJeffer · 27/10/2022 14:45

Let's play Twister Grin
