I didn't see teddy cry in the beach hut room I must have missed that 😢 poor man I think he was so hurt and humiliated and I think he genuinely really liked her !
Most certainly her loss

FirstTimeMommy2021 · 07/08/2021 11:12

@RevolvingPivot

What did Faye do in the bedroom? I thought she went from the bedroom into the room where the singles sleep but did she just get her teddy (the soft toy one ☺️) and get back in her own bed?!
Think so yeah
TheTallOakTrees · 07/08/2021 11:15

@Willwebebuyingnumber11

Is Faye aiming for some kind of Megan McKenna infamy? I’m still really upset this morning and seeing the tear roll down Teddy’s face in the beach hut. He was verbally abused, intimidated, mocked for his clothing, belittled and screamed at.

I feel he will give women a wide berth now, although I hope he knows his worth.

Fortunately most women are not abusive like Faye. I think he really liked her and was shocked at what she is really like. He was really upset. She will physically hurt someone one day, currently it is verbal and emotional abuse
TheTallOakTrees · 07/08/2021 11:18

@TellingBone

It's a shame that popularity poll was taken before this kicked off 😁
I agree we shouldn't have to watch that behaviour. She needs removing and given anger management help.

I'd rather give the 50K to Lloyd the parrot!*

Such sauce!! Always makes me laugh Grin

Willwebebuyingnumber11 · 07/08/2021 11:25

@FirstTimeMommy2021 it was when he finished talking and put his head down in his hands... one single tear rolled down his face. It was so upsetting.

Bedsheets4knickers · 07/08/2021 11:35

I've just been looking at the rules for living in the villa .
Seems pretty pointless if they won't stick to it .

Got me wondering if the producers repeatedly told Teddy to go up to her after she said stay away.

Of course he was, that's how reality tv works. The producers orchestrated all of this, and certainly would not have wanted Teddy not to try to speak to her. They knew she'd fly off the handle after being shown the clip, and they knew she'd scream bloody murder at anyone that asked her politely to calm the fuck down.

hyperbole001 · 07/08/2021 11:38

Did you notice that Kaz is still sleeping in the same bed as Matt? It seems to me that the rules must stipulate that you sleep in the bed with the person you chose to 'couple' up with. Unless they have an almighty bust up, I think the rules remain. Poor Matt.

CarpyDiem · 07/08/2021 11:40

There's no drama with Faye, just an awful lot of noise and abusive conduct.

I just don't want to see her again

I'm much more interested in whether Liberty's view of Jake has changed, and if so what she might do about it. Shame we did not see more of the chat between her and Chloe (the most interesting chat so far)

They're quite clear that no-one has to share a bed when they don't want to.

Yes that’s the rules and always ha been. But they are free to sleep on the day beds, sofa etc if they choose,

Kaz and Tyler could sleep outside together if they wanted too. Or Matt could on his own. Probably both too stubborn.
PumpkinKlNG · 07/08/2021 11:44

Yes teddy was crying, I didn’t realise till after either, I realised when I saw a picture of him I could see the tear 😞

Also yes fayes sister and friend went on after sun, they seemed nice and polite enough but obviously you can’t really tell from a 5 minute chat as they don’t speak to the family that much just a couple of questions.

Bluntness100 · 07/08/2021 11:48

Yes teddy was crying and some of the lads tried to gently comfort him

However he was attacked, ridiculed, shouted at, bullied, abused and insulted all in front of everyone else and for a prolonged period. And then she smugly dumped him for good measure.

I personally think she should be removed from the villa.

boomoperator · 07/08/2021 11:48

I am still quite shocked they aired what they did last night. It was horrible to watch.

Thing is Faye is going to come out of the villa, potentially unaware of the huge amount of abuse she’s received on Twitter and Facebook last night. She’s going to need help to deal with her anger issues from last night but probably need help going forward dealing with the backlash of the public’s reaction to her. Someone, anyone should have stepped in last night and defused the whole situation. Instead it’s been aired for our so called enjoyment.

PumpkinKlNG · 07/08/2021 11:56

I’m still shocked none of the girls stepped in, I don’t buy that they were too scared too etc, my sister is a bit like her, would start an argument in an empty room but I always tell her when she’s wrong, I think they were enjoying it.

I don’t think they were. Other than kaz. Millie looked really shocked and dismayed, I think Chloe was going to but then back tracked quickly. I can see why anyone would be reticent to jump in, we could all tell there would have been no point, they’d also just have been attacked too. And it seems likely the producers did try to calm her down, or someone did, it just wasn’t shown.
Blamelesscars · 07/08/2021 12:04

I’m
Also pretty shocked at some of the reporting on this. I’ve seen a few articles in big news papers saying that they won’t write or comment on the faye situation because it fuels the fire but if it was a woman being treated that way on tv by a man their would be outrage al over the press!

It just cannot believe how just because Teddy is a man no one seems to be willing to sand up and call out ITV and Faye for that. No wonder the male victims of domestic abuse don’t feel able to come forward because there is such an air and culture of minimising and disbelief around it

CarpyDiem · 07/08/2021 12:06

I think Chloe was occupied with Liberty.

Monsteraobliqua · 07/08/2021 12:09

I think the girls were fine not to intervene. They didn't fuel the fire and you can't reason with someone behaving like that until the red mist has dissipated. They don't actually know her that well, it has only been a few weeks after all. Faye declared that she would fall out with anyone who tried to de-escalate her so it was probably better just to step back and try and let her calm down.

Loudestcat14 · 07/08/2021 12:11

carriehagshaw This morning loads of people had left negative comments on her most recent IG post, which was about her and Teddy reuniting. Someone, presumably her family or friends, has since deleted them all. Meanwhile, Teddy's supporters have put a post on his IG saying how difficult last night's show was to watch. Sad

Indeed abuse on men is minimised.

More suicides in young men. Poor Teddy's mental health

Blamelesscars · 07/08/2021 12:13

Although I didn’t see Chloe encouraging in anyway and she was seen in yen background with Liberty during most of it the press are reporting she did

boomoperator · 07/08/2021 12:13

I am new to LI. They all have mobiles in the villa so are they able to see their press, IG, Facebook etc?
