I'm not a fan of bread and butter pudding, but I made James Martin's whisky and white chocolate version, made with croissants, and it was fabulous. But possibly the most unhealthy thing I've ever eaten.

I have just found a recipe though for butter bean curry with smoked haddock and eggs that looks very good.
