Suppose this is going on till at least next week if we have them all on the stand. So least a proper court case not done in 5min. Throwing your clothes away is never a sign of not being guilty they shouldn’t be able use Kelly clothes for guilty and Corys is oh well you lost them.

Summer looking quite drippy next Nina acting. The most she got to do was sit on sofa and say yes Billy I’ve taken my insulin x 10000.

Good thing is haven’t tried elbowing in some silly comic stories the way the do and mess up serious subjects. Makes it million times better, we could had Daisy pouting over the bar for half of it.

After so many laughs this evening, binge reading these posts (as I also binge watch Corrie) I've been truly crying with laughter and it's been escalating (I should have quoted some of you because honestly I'm on my own, tv on pause to catch up with the thread, laughing out loud much to the bemusement of my dog) but this comment has finally undone me! Thank you all 😂

Only watched Mondays so far, will watch tonight's in the morning. I do think Kelly needs to pay for going along with the whole thing, she started it with slapping nina, and was still egging them on when they were chasing them.
I do think corrie is fairly shit these days but I did cry with the scenes with seb, but I did have a soft spot for him.
If Imran and Kelly get together that will be too far. I don't think that will happen.

Did Nina even give evidence that Kelly assaulted her? Did anyone? Wouldn't the other two lads and Corey have given statements saying Kelly hit/slapped Nina first?

If that was said in the trial, I missed it.

Kelly seemed way too calm and cheery tonight. Why hasn’t Imran warned her that she’s far from home and dry? Okay, he wants her to stay positive, but he could be setting her up for a massive fall - especially if she goes into the stand with that attitude.

This is the murder trial at crown court I guess as boys under 18 would been assault at magistrate court or even just charged anyway as she knew what happened. We certainly have been getting a lot of sad eyes 🥺 from Imran.

I have to say, Nina did a pretty remarkable job on her make-up considering she had to do it in a courtroom toilet. Or does Weatherfield Crown Court have an Estée Lauder concession we don’t know about? Did she pop in for one of those free makeovers?

Pp mentioned Imran and Kelly getting together. I've thought this for a while, or at least that Kelly has a crush on Imran.....the way she looks at him, talks to him and acts around him. If she gets found not guilty I wonder if Kelly will see Imran as her knight in shining armour and try it on with him?! please scriptwriters don't go down that story route, far too inappropriate. That's all me guessing by the way, no spoilers!

I don’t like way made Toyah look on all this she has been the most unsupportive partner going. In fact looking slightly jealous at all time he is spending on Kelly. They can’t make Kelly do pass at Imran that would be to much.

Why was 999 call person there? Surely if have recording no need them take time off work. It’s not like she was asking him questions on “who dun it”.

Then Imran will start to realise that she could have been responsible for Sebs death. Then he'll have a go at Nina for not giving proper evidence. Then Roy will attempt to defend her and Alya will ride to Imrans rescue and be daggers drawn with Roy, who tries to bsnkrup Speed Dahl and so falls out with Yasmeen who has a relapse and mistakes Roy for Geoff and tries to kill him. Meanwhile Kelly finds she's up the duff so Toyah conspires with Imran to get her locked up so they can raise the baby together, but in reality she's going to kidnap the baby and go and live with her step-father, Les.
So many possibilities.

The two lads whose names I can't remember, who were involved in the attack that led to Seb's murder and the parallel GBH (surely?) on Nina are completely absent - why? They're pretty key witnesses, aren't they? So where are they? Why has neither prosecution not defence called them, or asked to introduce their statements (which would 100% be cross-examined by at least one of the barristers)?

Just because they're under 18 doesn't mean they can't be witnesses, or indeed tried as adults, or tried together with Corey and Kelly. Their disappearance and lack of explanation about it all is really irritating.

Thank you, @Akire and @Spindlewhorl. I'm thinking that after Kelly is locked up and Toyah has taken the baby, Adam takes over the business and reports Imran so he's struck off. With no money, he loses the flat and can't stay with Yasmeen because she's gone a bit loopy so is under a section 2 order and can't give him permission. So on Christmas Day, at the end of the episode, he's in the Street, his worldy goods in a plastic bag, a blanket over his head, shuffling his way through the snow, whilst Silent Night is playing in the background. All because he shagged Kelly. She's bad news, that girl!

I loved how Roy got Nina do dress ''normally'' ie normal for Nina. I sat on my sofa saying ''Nina! Yes!'' when she came into the court room in her goth clothes and make up. The character is so lovely and individual and the actress is brilliant.
