Charles walked near her and she realised she needed to leave rishi. May or may not have been helped by rishi tattooing her name on his lower back. (Wish I didn’t have that imagery in my head)

Manpreet leaving Rishi has been on the cards for a while. Charles being around doesn't help but she hasn't been in love with Rishi for a long time. I think the tattoo just tipped her over the edge... it's enough to tip anyone over the edge!
