Tonight's episode was a masterclass in overacting from Jean's wailing to Jeanettes lascivious facial expressions. WTF was that garbled dr plot all about !

10 weeks ago there were still restrictions. Also, they will have planned the schedules and won't have known how long the restrictions would be in place for.

I’m not sure this particular incarnation of Janine is an improvement, but we’ll see. It’s a bit Carry On film for me.
It’s reminded me how much I miss Michael Moon though - he was brilliant, such a shame they killed him off.

I knew Janine was coming back ( hard to miss it really ) but like this was a shock ! I had visions of her rolling up in a flash Porsche or something or in cahoots with a big business man to destroy the Vic , but that has all been done before of course ( Max and the wayland caper , and by her in the past too etc)

She'll be driving a big flash car by Christmas and employing ' heavies ' .

I do think Shirley is underused. She’s a decent actress when they bother to give her good material and can be pretty funny too.
