David Essex was a good looking man when he was younger : I loved the whole ' gypsy look ' he had.
His character in EE wasn't as good though !!

Janine got off the murder. Either as self defence or by framing Alice Branning. Or both.

I loved Michael Moon. But I can't see Janine abandoning Scarlett. She's more the type to ruthlessly see off everyone else's kids to benefit her own.

I think she would abandon her child - I seem to remember she didn't really want one in the first place. She wasn't naturally maternal! It was all a power struggle with Michael Moon.

I thought maybe Scarlett was lying at first but we are meant to assume that Kat took her back to the foster carers ( she told Tommy she had gone back there ) so they can't live far away
Janines dad ( Frank ) and Pat never wanted her as a child either. No wonder she ended up as she did !
