No-one, none of the women talk about the Commander when in reality, he was the one with the power?

Feels like as a woman Serena is getting disproportionately vilified (don't get me wrong, i think she's evil, but it reminds me of women/victim-blaming)

I think Tuello is sucked in by Serena to some extent. Thing about very clever manipulators is that you can know intellectually that they are manipulators but you can still feel emotionally that they are honest. Until you experience the nasty side of them first hand it can be easy to be sucked in to an extent. I've experienced it before as a social worker and thank goodness we had good group and clinical supervision to keep perspective on people like that or it could get very dangerous.
