My god how have I never watched this?! Started it last night with dh and dd13, we watched the first two episodes lol. The birthday party one is so funny !! I’m currently planning dd4s birthday for next week lol.

OP I only discovered it during the first lockdown last year and was late to the party too! Have rewatched both the first and second series many times since lol, DD also 13 loves it too.

I absolutely love it. I've watched all 3 seasons and need something similar ASAP . Soo good.
Funny how the main character's husband never seems to be in the house at all. At first I thought they were separated and just co-parenting.

It's amazing. I can't even say the similarities to our school parents as it would be too outing.

Welcome to the club! Love, love Motherland! My absolute favourite has to be Amanda- everything about her has to be written by someone who actually is her! Brilliant writing!

The let down on Netflix is very good. If anyone needs a new series to binge watch

I only discovered Motherland a few weeks ago and watched the whole lot. It's rare that I laugh out loud when I'm by myself, but I bloody love it. Brilliant writing and brilliant actors.

Kevin, however - I want to punch him right in his face.
