My god how have I never watched this?! Started it last night with dh and dd13, we watched the first two episodes lol. The birthday party one is so funny !! I’m currently planning dd4s birthday for next week lol.

Could the Christmas Special be episode 1 of series 3?

I tried to watch this tonight after hearing how good it was. Got half way through the 2md episode and switched it off. Didn't get it at all. Do you need to stick with it until it gets going?

Meg also has some great moments, I love how she's straight to the point and so OTT sometimes. Intense, but a good egg.

Don't get why the lazy fecker of Julia's husband is in any shape or form funny. I think I'd find it funnier if he either didn't exist or was also harassed like Julia (or at least she blamed him rather than her mum).

It's too real and unfunny for me that part.

Found what I think is the Christmas special. Episode 6 of series 3? There are only 5 episodes on IPlayer. Series 3 with 6 episodes, episode 6 is a Christmasy one, on Amazon Prime to buy. But only £2.50 something for the whole series. Result.

The thing that I find problematic is that she doesn't go for the promotion and starts "working from home". There is a nanny in series 2 but in series 3 Julia's job seems to have evaporated - that's sad.

I hadn’t noticed Julia’s job was missing in series 3.

I prefer Meg in series 3. She was a bit ott in series 2.

Just watched the missing Christmas episode. It was £2.50 for the one episode but it was worth it. Really funny

I thought the Christmas special was good but most of the really funny bits were aired in the trailer which was annoying.
I mean, I get why they edit the trailer the way they do, it’s just that it didn’t save much in the way of surprise for the actual episode.
I know this doesn’t bother everyone though, and not everyone has seen the trailer anyway.
