I've just finished Scott & Bailey, and Stephen Graham's Time, loved them, same as Luther, Marcella etc. Looking for a new one now, what's good?

I'm watching queen of the south now. I watched the first George Gently and it didn't grip my attention. We started queen of the south before but I fell asleep and my DH carried on so got further ahead so I gave up with that, so now I'm starting again from the beginning.

I liked the first few episodes ofThe Bureau but my DP 'can't be arsed' with it, disappointingly, so unless I watch it alone (which I don't get much chance to do) I'll have to forget it. I know it's a slow-burner but i was enjoying it.

It's a bit of an emotional and intellectual committment!

What I liked about it/and was driven mad by - and the Night Manager too - was that almost NONE OF IT would have happened/been a problem if the main character could have kept his trousers on once in a while!

Bosch on Amazon prime . 5 seasons I'm not sure if it's been mentioned but it's really good

I'm looking for the more grittier series's. I used to like that though but I've seen a lot of them.

Another recommendation for True Detective. Season one was sublime. Don’t bother with season two and go straight into season three, which is also brilliant.
