Tennis: at the end of the clay...RG final week

Fizzy it's hard- I very rarely miss a final. The first one I had missed in about 15 years, was actually the Djok/Murray final. I had a hideous migraine- and didn't really care who won, if I'm totally honest.

But I really can't be doing with Djok - there have been so many times over the last 18 months he has done so many annoying things, I just wish he'd disappear. And the more I think about that ridiculous screaming, the more I wonder what is going on.

So- come on Stef!

And in other news, Cilic has won in Stuttgart- beating Felix AA in the final. So- well done Marin- onwards and upwards!

Yay so Cilic did win today - hopefully he’ll have a good run at queens and Wimbledon

I hope there are a lot of Greek fans in the crowd today- I think he will have a lot of support. it was telling at the start of Djok's semi, that the crowd (despite all the Serbs present) cheered louder for Rafa than Djok.

The adverts are getting worse - that advert for old people’s walking shoes was on for about 5 hours!

Fizzy it does make me wonder what demographic it thinks watch tennis- what with all the funeral plan/life insurance/ cremation ads there are.
They don't scream 'adverts during a sporting event' .

Having said that- I can live without ever seeing the Peloton ad again .

Stanford Rinker I love it.

I ended up feeling really headachey yesterday as well and ended up seeing basically no tennis!

Looking forward to this, Stef definitely has the game to win it I reckon.

PS yes I noticed Cilic was in the Stuttgart final Raahh, didn't realise he'd won it though! Glad he'll be at Queen's.

I don't think Jim and Fabrice are really giving him much chance. So- he must channel Stanford and his Superhero shorts, and stun him from the off.

I know Raahh although I’m a bit worried that I’m part of that demographic! I went to a national trust thing the other day and someone there had a Vikings Cruise tote bag!
