Bublik is fun to watch but I think he should rein in the maverick shots a bit and then he might win.

It's been best of 3 at RG for a while Majestic- though I'm sure it's still best of 5 at Wimbledon. (Was in 2019, anyway).

All the tournaments do different things, gets a bit confusing.

Just catching up on everything today. raahh I've just looked at the Queen's Club draw and it looks like Cilic is playing. He's got a qualifier in the first round, I think.

Oh that's good, kazza for some reason I couldn't see him when I looked. He's not had a bad week in Stuttgart - beat Shapovalov.

I forgot the doubles was starting early.

I have a feeling Barbora might win again- she's won a few doubles tities and they are a very established pair, her and Siniakova.

I always like watching Bethanie, though- and she never disappoints on the outfit front .

Not a lot of people watching, which is sad- at least the men's doubles being after the final, meant there was still a relatively big crowd (having a French pair in the final helped ).

And Cilic is in the final in Stuttgart! (Helped by a retirement in the semi) but that has to be a bit of a boost to him. I hope he has a good grass season.

The women were dreadful yesterday; easy shots dumped in the bottom of the net, way too many mid court balls with nothing on them, and some gettable shots not even run for.

I am agnostic about the equal money argument, but if you want to argue against it, the two men’s’ semis vs that final is a pretty powerful argument.

Looking forward to the final today. A lot seem to think Tsitsipas will break through, but my bet is 3-1 Djokovic (or maybe even 3-0). Just too much consistent intensity..

I’m hoping to watch the final (although DS1 has invited his friends round to watch the footy - he’s hoping to set the tv up in the garden but not sure how successful that will be)

I’m not sure I can cope with watching Djok win - I really hope that Stef wins or at least put up a really good fight. He’s definitely improved as a player over the last year but he is quite an emotional player and I just hope that he doesn’t get overwhelmed by the occasion - come on Stef!
