OK, I know I'm probably talking to a niche market, but any other euroviz fans out there? Scorecards ready for the first semi-final? got your tree up? bets placed? predictions?

I'll be watching the actual contest on Saturday but don't usually watch the semis.
Tradition in our house is a curry, then scorecards at the ready for me and the kids - OH hates it so it usually off down the pub - gutted that he won't be allowed to do that this year so goodness knows what he'll do instead.

With backup signers like hers, I would be hitting all the high notes too.

Right 4 to go. I actually love Romania, the message about self love amnesia is a strong one. But the staging I think loses the strength of the message.

I think they must have had a strict but adequate joint clothing allowance for all of the performers, but Russia sneaked in early and took three quarters of it just for her Amazing Technicolor Dream-Frock.

I feel there's a story to all this.

But I'm not getting it.
