On the other LOD thread someone had put a screen shot of Jo’s police file. The pic we see a flash of on Ted’s desk is definitely Jo’s police head shot.

Tommy Hunter seems like the obvious one, especially as my understanding was that they were on the dna database for reasons other than being a police officer/dna elimination and seemed to pre-date Jo joining the force. Plus Scottish connection and link to the OCG.

@Riddikulussness I was repeating what my DS said to me. I didn't say it was my theory, or even likely to be true. For what it's worth, I suspect that it's Tommy Hunter she's related to. The Corbett theory seems too convenient.

It’s jo and John Corbet’s mother. Anne-Marie something who had an affair with Hastings. That’s why the photo looks like Jo.
