Ok, I've started a new one in anticipation of Thread 3 filling up tonight, part way through the episode!

I kept rewinding to try pause on the photo in the file at the end - when I finally managed to pause in the right place I think it was just a photo of Jo Davidson Who is it going to be?????

Yeah I just went back and saw the screen shot someone posted and think the same, so the pic is of Jo and the text must’ve stated the match

Photo was Jo, I’ve rewound about 20 times!! I guess the ‘he’ is in print against her photo. I’ve said from the beginning that I think she’s John Corbet’s sister, I thought the photo of her mum was Anne Marie.
What does Pilkington have on Jo that he can tell her to keep him in??

It's a he. I definitely think Jo is related to Jimmy.

Chloe was very keen to get Lakewell out of the relative safety of the armoured van and out into the open where he could be shot.

It's got to be her Father.

She's angry with her mother. but maybe because she blames her for the situation she's in, ie, having to work for the OCG that her Dad's part of?

Does anyone remember Carly someone from one of the early series? I think she was missing presumed dead but actually got away. I keep waiting for the story to arc it's way back to her?!

Great episode tonight. Will have to rewatch before next week tho!

I can't post while I'm watching in case I miss something! One thing that confused me was Buckles asking Ted whether Kate had recognised Ryan. So he knows Ted and Kate are in touch?

Photo 100% Jo as others have said. I paused it.
Felt a bit sorry for Buckles.
Kate annoyed me this week!

I saw one episode of Bodies - it was misogynistic and awful. Never again.

I would really recommend The Shield to anyone who enjoys Line Of Duty - bent cops, amazing characters, incredible plot. Wish I could watch it all again.

Think it’s still on All 4 in it’s entirety, and sometimes it’s on Prime or Netflix

I sort of hope Jo isnt related to Tommy Hunter because...well you know the 'ah, you are from Scotland, you must know Tommy from Glasgow' sort of thing. Presumavly we are about to find out about her 'Mum' in the photograph..........

I thought it odd that James Lakeland called Chloe by her first name but called Steve by his surname. Did James know Chloe?

I really liked Bodies. Horrible but also very funny and very dramatic.

That's what I was about to write. I think Lakeland knew Chloe already, and that was his way of letting Arnott know that she's on the other side.

As for 'race' not sure what that meant but we did predict that 'Jonesy' would die because that's what happens to the Asian women.

Yes, I think the race angle is a big clue - I think they’re all talking about Osborne, since his name has come up a few times this series (now the big boss) and he’s been floating around from the start.

I don't think Steve said 'he'. I think he said 'it's identified over the page' and then referred to 'the individual'. The photo was definitely Jo but as others have said most likely because of the first DNA match. I have also rewound it a lot!

Oh god. I may need to watch it again tomorrow. I get so distracted wondering what is going to happen next!

@CheekyWeeShite - The Shield was one of the best things on TV. The final episode with Vic was an absolute stonker of an ending to a character.

Imagine being the Ryan actor, and doing a small -but excellent and pivotal- role in Series 1. Then you come back a few series later and all good. Then you see the proposal and script for S6....

He is great.
