Ooh maybe the husband and/or the female friend will change their stories so that the wife gets 'fitted up like a kipper.'

The bloke looked like David Tennant and his wife reminded me of the girl from Normal People, Daisy (Daisy Edgar-Jones, is it?)
It was a bit ludicrous, but there's sweet FA else to watch.
Apparently the house where it was filmed is near Dublin.

This might be one of the worst shows I’ve ever watched. The husband in particular is abysmal. Or is it meant to be a black comedy and I’ve missed a step?!

The actor playing the husband is very amateurish and not very convincing in the role.

Still watching but not sure why - the husband is just awful & his twitching & flapping about is driving me mad!! There's a touch of Griff Rhys Jones about him that I just can't get over!!!

Yes, the husband does look like Griff Rhys Jones! I'm sure he would have been a bit better at this though.
I'm loving the house and the scenic views.
The wife and farmer are not too bad. The policewoman looks bemused and the dead sons dad is also ok. It's just a bit of a silly story and unintentionally funny in parts with Angela running around mouthing off to everyone.
It's all a bit odd! I'll carry on though.

Tim Meeton ( the husband in this) was in Sightseers which is a funny black comedy film. Maybe he is just one of those ' type cast' actors?

The husband is so wet. And the acting so bad, both his and whoever plays Angela.
Beautiful scenery but I'm not wild about the exterior of the house. It looks a bit like a caravan or a cabin to me.
I'm watching one night behind. I only just finished last night's and two episodes in one evening is too much for me.

I have had a go at transcribing the script . Was very tricky.

Useless husband: Angela! Angela! Angela!

Wife : Angela! Angela!

Angela: slurs drunkenly and walks near cliffs.

Useless husband: Rebecca! Rebecca! Where's Angela?

I managed 27 minutes of episode 2 (including an ad break) - that's enough for me I'm done.

The husband, as portrayed here, how is he capable of attracting one woman let alone 2?
It's the writing at fault; it's abysmal.

Anyone else think that Pauline Quirke decided to retire from acting after reading the script?
