Ruby was Preg, had a mc, lied about it to put Stacey in prison, prob as due in real life

I hope martin steps in. Stacey is his ex wife and mother of children

I reckon they’ll assume it’s suicide and not even check the cctv

TotoAnnihiliation · 19/04/2021 20:34

I knew poor Kush would end up under the train as soon as Grey turned up at the station. Grey put his hood up at the end like a stereotypical character, he just needed a scythe in his hand.

Does Walford East have cctv?

SoupDragon · 19/04/2021 20:34

Wtf??!

UhtredRagnarson · 19/04/2021 20:35

@GattinaGattona

Nah! Whitney wouldn’t accept that. She knows he wasn’t suicidal.
the80sweregreat · 19/04/2021 20:35

Whitney hasn't any luck with men at all.
Poor Carmel : two sons both dead.
Who'd be in a soap eh? It's nothing but misery.

UhtredRagnarson · 19/04/2021 20:35

And they would still check the CCTV anyway even if they suspected suicide. They can’t just decide that’s what it is and not check.

Meredusoleil · 19/04/2021 20:35

I can't believe Gray managed to get himself off the tracks and still push Kush back onto them in time 😳

Every time Kush was standing with his back to the tracks I kept thinking move away man 😬

I just knew Gray was out to get Kush when he had that murderous look on his face again when still in his house.

NobbySignaler · 19/04/2021 20:35

This is bollocks. I wish Whitney would just leave. I don't like what they do to her character with these psycho men. Male characters don't get this much bad luck. There is only one storyline with Mick that I know of where the man has been a victim in recent years.

MrsDukeOfHastings · 19/04/2021 20:37

I really don't like what eastenders has done here i feel like they haven't handled the domestic abuse storyline very well at all.

Its sort of sending the message that your abuser will get away with it and kill multiple people. I dunno maybe its just me

Meredusoleil · 19/04/2021 20:37

On a completely different note, I just want to say how much I love the outfits both Dotty and Tiff are wearing 😍

the80sweregreat · 19/04/2021 20:38

No, the male characters do get away with a lot of the angst.
Sonia was very forthright with Dotty : she isn't Nick Cottons daughter for nothing though .. I sense trouble.

the80sweregreat · 19/04/2021 20:40

Maybe lockdown 1 changed the narrative of the DV story, or the writers are on glue !
It was an opportunity to show that men can't just get away with it, yet now they have turned Gray into a serial killer. It's sad they have done this.

Justjoinedforthis · 19/04/2021 20:49

Grey really seems like a stage actor, the big expressions and movements. Can imagine him doing shakespeare

the80sweregreat · 19/04/2021 20:54

The most menacing characters in EE were Trevor Morgan ( the little Mo storyline) Micheal Moon and ( 'ello ma) Nick Cotton, the ultimate baddie.
( I'm sure there were others I've forgotten about)

Standrewsschool · 19/04/2021 20:56

I thought Whitney was going to return home.

When Martin and Kush were talking, it was obvious they had real tears.

It was semi-obviously that Gray would push Kush onto the track. The train seemed to take ages to stop, considering it had just crashed into someone.

Where we’re all the other passengers on the station. I have never ever seen a tube station that empty.

The Eastenders theme music seemed really chirpy and cheerful considering what had happened. Surprised there wasn’t an Action helpline.

Standrewsschool · 19/04/2021 20:58

Trevor Morgan was evil. That was such a good storyline.

lazymum99 · 19/04/2021 20:59

Flipping heck! I had to cover my eyes at the end of that. I hate it when anyone is too close to the edge of the platform. That train was almost in the station when Grey was on the line. The timing was a bit off

nancy75 · 19/04/2021 20:59

Just popping in to confirm, I really do hate Sonia

UhtredRagnarson · 19/04/2021 21:02

Me too @nancy75

the80sweregreat · 19/04/2021 21:12

I feel the same! She is morphing into Pauline Fowler or the old mum. The cardigans, the looks, the attitude! I understand why she was pissed off at Tiff living there, but she is definitely heading for a show down with Dotty!
iknowimcoming · 19/04/2021 21:14

Maybe he won't be dead? Sad

nancy75 · 19/04/2021 21:15

Glad it’s not just me!
No way could Gray have avoided all the cameras, unless Walford is the only station in the entire tube network with no cameras (and he would have had to tap in or jump the barrier on camera)

UhtredRagnarson · 19/04/2021 21:17

Not only cameras in the tube but cameras on the route to the tube. There’s no way he will have escaped being seen.

MummytoCSJH · 19/04/2021 21:18

Ahhh, I'm so sad, I love Kush :(

the80sweregreat · 19/04/2021 21:19

Will nobody think of Carmel ?
Shaki was knifed to death by thugs.
Her beloved Kush pushed onto an oncoming train. I wouldn't want to carry on living anymore!
( thank goodness it's only fiction)
