He's the head of the production company, but I dont know how hands on he is. He has some pretty well-regarded people in his company.
Interestingly, quite a lot of senior women. I dont mean that he is shagging them btw, just he hasn't surrounded himself with a load of blokey blokes - he is actually someone he seems to consistently employ women.

The whole concept sounded dreadful. I headed off the Channel 4 for the evening.
