I have just finished episode three and I think this is the best drama I've seen in a long time.
I have a feeling that Alice isn't that innocent! The way the policeman looked at her during the inquest , but I'm probably wrong.
I can't wait to see episode four as I'm not sure what to expect now.

Very disappointed in it. So many opportunities missed to make it more interesting.
Stuck with it till the end but was going to give up halfway. I do feel I wasted my time.
Only highlights were Nigel Havers and Joanna Lumley

I think they have set it up for a second series but it was at the expense of making the first series really quite monotonous.
No idea about what was going on about paying inheritance tax for a guy who left too many debts and not enough assets

Never watched afterlife as RG is on my list as a disablist twunt.

George must be a sperm donor baby - he referenced his dad as not being able to have kids and then the argument with Harry referred to enough children running around.

I enjoyed it but found the last episode disappointing as no loose ends were tied up at all!

I mean George's mum's husband when I said George's dad.

Had no ending really , left more questions unanswered .

Watched the last episode and agree I double checked that there were no more episodes as the ending seemed abrupt.

But...I actually enjoyed it and thought it got better and better as it progresses. I liked the line Alice said to the business partner - something about feeling like a conjoined twin to a miserable gnome or similar. Genuinely made me laugh out loud.

I'd watch a second series. Certainly the best thing there's been in TV for a good while.

I think they spent so much time setting it up for a second series that it fell flat.

I felt so uncomfortable at that least scene, knowing George has CCTV access. And I find it bizarre that she would still go ahead with that without finding out who the other kids are?

Does anyone think Graeme's wife isn't actually dead? She's just not around and he's used that as a way of getting into the bereavement group?

Few years ago I watched 'Desperately Seeking Semen' documentary and one man had 6 children with his wife and another 60 children by sperm donation while they were married that she knew nothing about.
I cried and laughed watching this, but yes it went on 2 or 3 episodes too long.

And yes the sperm was in a test tube and obv big enough to see easily so why the silly scraping abs grabbing on the floor of the bin contents picking up in a yellow bread /plastic wrapper/ paper

I really enjoyed this series and roll on second which hopefully will be in a year
