Moving to a new house should have been a dream come true for Alice (keesley hawks) and Harry (Jason Merrells) and their daughter Charlotte

But turns into a nightmare when Alice finds Harry at the bottom of the stairs dead

And turns out harry has secrets ........

OMG I am so gutted they killed off the nice mortuary man in episode 4!

(Just kidding @Blondeshavemorefun - I'm still on episode 1 Grin)

Badonkdonk · 22/01/2021 17:02

I’ll give this another half an episode to get better. So far, it’s dreadful. Wooden acting - disappointingly from KH - and messy plot that doesn’t seem to be going anywhere.

Blondeshavemorefun · 22/01/2021 17:21

@Gemma2019 that’s treating on thin ice

Killing off the sexy man and spoilers 😂😂

Will give ep2 a go. I liked the fact that Keeley's character lost her filter as part of her grief, something I can def relate to!

Blondeshavemorefun · 23/01/2021 09:57

Def @colouringindoors.

She is /was a lot like I was in the early days /weeks

sorry for your loss

I caught up this afternoon and had planned to watch number 2, but DH has started watching the football.
Something not quite right about the ‘accountant’ and secretary.

Xmasbaby11 · 23/01/2021 22:01

It's a bit uneven but I like the humour.

I am 44 and think KH looks about my age. Except obviously she's more gorgeous than me!

Wendyhause · 23/01/2021 23:49

I gave it a good go. Enjoyed the first one very much and thought it was going to be some kind of thriller whodunnit. After watching part 2 I was getting bored with the humour side.
Persevered with the third one then cancelled the remainder so that is what I think of Finding Alice. Too many silly antics and daft characters.

Blondeshavemorefun · 24/01/2021 20:05

Weird seeing keeley in this then it’s a sin

DrinkRefilled · 24/01/2021 20:07

No spoilers- but I watched 2.5 episodes and couldn’t stand anymore.

Really bad acting and a bizarre story line.

I really thought it would be a gripping who dunnit mystery.

midsomermurderess · 24/01/2021 20:32

I wanted to like this but I think I'm done, 1.5 episodes in. I just got bored, simply didn't care. I feel it could have been good, the cast is good but it felt directionless and flabby. Oh well, back to the Norwegian series I'm watching on Walter Presents.

BlackDogBlues · 24/01/2021 20:46

Just to say...I stuck with it and binge-Ed. It gets better. I enjoyed it.

Elderflower14 · 24/01/2021 21:11

If she had no money where did the Digger come from??

Blondeshavemorefun · 24/01/2021 21:12

Jeez her mum is heartless

OP posts:
SoupDragon · 24/01/2021 21:14

The digger was still there from the build.

Crinkle77 · 24/01/2021 21:17

Surely she couldn't bury him there without the permission of the owners and surely as they weren't married she would have no legal say over his funeral?

Crinkle77 · 24/01/2021 21:17

Ah ha they've just brought up my query!

colouringindoors · 24/01/2021 21:22

It's almost so bad It's good!

JaneJeffer · 24/01/2021 21:22

John Stapes!
