I am screaming with frustration/fear most of the time while watching this, it's probably starting to vex poor DP. Just finished episode 5, WHY DID NADINE GO INTO THE APPARTMENT, WHY EVEN GO BACK THERE!?!? Remi being so chilled drove me bananas.

I think Nadine feels guilty as she brought people to Alain who might have been poisoned and killed. She said something about being an accomplice.

Obviously an unknowing accomplice.

Ooh I’m loving it. Not dragging at all for me. I’ve got no fingernails left. If I were Nadine I’d have left the country while he was locked up.

Having a discussion with my husband about Dominique- he thinks Alain used all of them, but Dominique didn’t actually do anything of use to him. So I think he did have a genuine thing for her. Although would’ve bumped her off if she’d not backed him!

I'm on the last episode, how did Charles and Marie manage to drive from Paris across so many different borders without being caught if they were the most wanted people in the world at this point? I don't see why they never disguised themselves either surely someone would have recognised them from the newspaper articles

We just finished the last episode. I agree BlossomHill, that was some epic journey! They did a few mega escapes like that, in really old cars too!

I really enjoyed it. He was a total serial killer, wasn’t he? Totally adored the status and pushing the police as much as he did his lifestyle.

The people that bought the gems in Paris did well- got the gems and I don’t think he cashed cheque.

i cant believe the hippies left the room while Charles hit Monique, nor that Juliette was still there for him.

I know. That was the biggest shock of the whole thing when Juliette walked up to him calling him mon amour after knowing all he’d done. But then I was pretty shocked she shipped their baby off home from India and chose to stay and wait for him.

Yeah I would like to have found out how he managed to get Juliette back I couldn't believe that was true! And whatever happened to Suda, she was also completely naive especially for someone whose father worked in the forces

Fab series. Anyone figure out why did he return to Nepal after being released from prison in France?

@Honeyroar apparently in real life she was in prison too and that's why the daughter was sent to her grandparents.

I think he went back to Nepal because he liked winding up the authorities and thought he’d get away with it again. He nearly did.

Really good series. I think CS returned to Nepal as in Asia he was seen as some sort of anti establishment hero and he thinks he is above the law. I doubt he is having a rough time in prison it’s a very poor country people can be bought

I went backpacking around Asia it was such a carefree lifestyle but parts of Thailand are edgy and you meet lots of people who are lost, posters in areas where travellers hang about asking have you seen this person and many dodgy people

Made me also realise that life is something of the past for sometime

I love Thailand and have been to Bangkok many times (airline crew), but it has a dark side even now. Half of those seedy bars they were in are still there (and are now famous for being so seedy!)

What do you think happened to Ajay? I think Charles probably killed him. As for Juliet I think she returned to him for the same reasons Monique stayed with him, and why his new wife is with him, they are completely manipulated by him. I think Monique was guilty as him, but I think had she not met him she it’s unlikely she would have harmed anyone. Men like that look for people they can manipulate.

Yes I wish we knew properly what happened to Ajay. It said he was seen in Germany years later, but I’m baffled why he wasn’t arrested in that case if there was new evidence.

Was Ajay seen or a suspected sighting? I think Alain probably killed him.

Juliette helped him with his crime spree in real life I think.
