She did actually say all "his" food, so presumably he has different tastes to her and had bought specific food for himself. I think her shock was more at the fact that he'd taken all his stuff (incl food) and had therefore moved out so swiftly.

Bloody "I hate confrontation" Matt, when he went to Lauren's and just sat there. That would have enraged me. She's right; he absolutely shouldn't have been having that conversations with the others about not finding Lauren attractive.

I dislike Mike referring to Heidi as a girl. But I dislike him so he would struggle to do anything right in my eyes.

I wish the ixperts would have talked to Ning about her own unreasonable behaviour. And when Cyrell said that Nic not begging her to stay made her feel like he didn't want her, I wish he would have said that her packing her bags and threatening to leave made him feel the same. So much neediness with Ning and Cyrell but neither seems to treat their partner the way they want to be treated. It must be hard being with someone who's constantly pushing away.

The so called relationship experts are useless. They watched all that ridiculous cupcake stuff with Ines and Sam, then sit there gushing over her and Bronson being so much closer, when her body language and silences say anything but, and they don't challenge her at all.

I actually think Ines wasn't far wrong earlier in the week when she said they should all swap husbands - some of them would be better suited to others in the group.

I've just instastalked Matt too. He seems so different! There's a clip of an interview where he references the blinking! He says it was about him being overwhelmed and tired. He's definitely not blinky Matt on Instagram! He's like a different person.

I actually felt quite sorry for Lauren tonight. It’s not nice hearing someone isn’t interested in you. But I do think Lauren pushed him way too far, way too quick. Because nowadays everyone has to be very open etc but it’s OK to say no that’s not for me!
