There is a gaping gulf between how they’ve handled Laurels addiction and how they’ve handled Paul’s. I’m assuming different writers and directors for each story. It’s like two different programmes.

I don’t get the Kim/Mack situation. She keeps dangling the threat of reporting him to the police over him but what does she want in exchange for not doing it? Or is she literally just dangling it for no reason?

Loving Priya getting revenge. Makes up for all the dreadful storylines she's had to endure as the hapless little woman.

That's the problem I have. I can't remember much about the current storylines but can remember everything that went on in Classid.

It’s definitely the modern show being shite. The stories are done and dusted so quickly, with characters we have no connection to and the volume of stories is so high that we’re having to process so many, even in the same week. Look at last week for example, surprise reveal about manpreet involving two brand new characters, surprise reveal about Luke from one of the brand new characters, surprise arrival of Carl’s long lost mother. It’s no wonder we can’t remember them.

But then they drag other stories out forever like the Malone saga. Plus they want us to forget things like Frank being killed and Wendy being a crazy stalker so they can keep certain characters. They're messing with our minds

I just ‘watched’ tonight’s episode while I tidied the kitchen and put away the dry goods from my shopping delivery earlier. That’s how gripped I am by the current stories.

I think Mackenzie and Meena should fall in love, bonding over the coincidence that they both have siblings supposedly only a few years older who are actually old enough to their parents. Sneaking into one of the new chalets Kim is building for a bunk-up, the pair are too busy sharing stories of how their sisters ruined their lives to overhear the surveyor telling Kim the site is riddled with mine shafts that could collapse at any time, and to abandon the build. Hilarity, and their instant deaths, ensue.
