So looking at the wiki fandom page it say Al co owns the HOP with Jai. I’m not sure how that came about as Al owed money to loan sharks and that’s why he agreed to kill Graham for Kim- she was paying him. So how has he bought into the HOP?

Al only owns a 1% share of the HOP. Kim and Jai own 49.5% each but Kim put Al in as proxy to manage her share. He bought the 1% off Nicola with Kim's help.
