I mean specifically how sombre she was up with Claudia? She got high marks and seemed as disengaged as it gets. Polite. No excitement.

It was a wierd 180 in terms of energy. You'd hardly believe she was the same person.

Can't figure her out at all.

I wondered if it was because Craig picked her up on her lumpy/heavy whatever it was (I've forgotten the phrase he used) arm and she felt that she had f'ed up the dance particularly if it had been something discussed and addressed in training

I think after two bad weeks, Clara is really in the running for DO.
I also think this week we are due a ' shocker ' so they won't vote JJ as he went for the sympathy card / kilt this week. Perhaps Ranvir but potentially Jamie. If so then I'm back to thinking is going to be bye-bye Clara.

I haven’t. I do like her and love Gio, but I think she’s plateaued a bit lately, and there’s something lacking somewhere although can’t put my finger on what it is. And I’ll say it again, I don’t think she’s having a fling - or even a flirtation particularly - with JV. I really don’t.

No, I don't think she is, either. On ITT that's very clear. Gio emphasised that they were "telling a story" with the AT. Maybe she's just a bit shy or tired.

I thought it might be to do with the story behind the dance and talking about the couple they met who had been together 30 years or whatever it was. If she's had a rough time with her divorce then it's probably not the easiest thing to dance a happily married couple dance and then to talk about it all after. Looked like she was thinking about things to me.

So do I. She’s done the same to Clara- as if to prove she’s a nice person, capable of acknowledging another woman’s beauty. And not realising that for a good many of us, beauty is secondary; not something we base our entire lives on.

ladyofshallnot totally agree with you. It’s only a blink of an eye since I had teen girls and I know they can present more confidently than they are underneath, but really don’t think that’s the case with stage school confident MEsie . Hopefully she will learn from being in dance off that folding your arms and amabovvered attitude doesn't get you far with joe public.
