Following on from the last thread!

That was a really tough trial, but pretty dull tv.

I'm not sure why jess was so sure they were going to get 12 stars when shes been pretty rubbish so far.however it did look a really impossible one this time.

It sounds awful but I think Jess is just a bit of a dead weight in trials.

I absolutely adore AJ and DD is now winding me up about him and his beeyootiful hair.

Jess is total deadweight in the trials and she’s also not self aware enough to realise it. In her head she’s working really hard and doing everything possible.

@AppleKatie yes! it was like yesterday with the girls trials, if she hadn't have spent a solid 30+ seconds just popping her fingers through instead of going straight in with her hand I think they'd have won all 12 stars.

Yes it’s a lazy assumption though, it’s more complicated than that. I think AJ was probably more scared but he is more practical than Jess so got on with it more.

I don't think AJ denied that he was scared, he admitted himself he couldn't have done it without Jess, however that woman is petrified of her own shadow so it's not exactly a false assesment.

I thought Gi did well not to tell everyone to back off when they were cooking. Mo looked like he just blanked it out.

Agreed- we only heard Vernon's interpretation of what AJ said to him, not what was actually said. AJ could have said "It was awful-we were both petrified" or similar and Vernon has taken "Jess was petrified" from that.

My opinion of Shane has gone down from this episode.

AJ (and Mo a few days ago) made a lit of noise and squealing but they did get on with it

@EggsFried yeah it was definitely Shane and Vernon stirring the pot.
I'm really not impressed with Shane after this episode.
