Amy is probably one of the worst at treating him as if he was uninjured.

I imagine she is well aware of which things he has said he is absolutely unable to do and what she can push him on though - that will surely have been a conversation they had early on. I imagine they have to avoid strain on his elbow for example.

Loved M and J..would love to see them as pros on strictly (mainly j)

Re JJ and Amy - I think they said the other week that she obviously has to choreograph around his injuries but he said that the dancing was helping him and strengthening him to such an extent that his surgeon/ doctors couldn't believe what he was achieving. It's become an extension of his exercise rehabilitation.

Yes, I bet he is building up muscles that wouldn't usually get used.

I think it's maybe because JJ's injuries aren't actually that obvious when he dances? We've seen worse dancers who aren't injured!

When he's dressed, the only thing you notice is his hand, and that doesn't really make much difference to his dancing.

If you think of the previous paralympians, Will was very obviously compromised in quite a few movements, and you could see that Jonnie's prosthetic leg made steps different in terms of having/not having rotation and flexibility at the joints. Lauren's dancing wasn't really affected, because she doesn't have any problems with her joints.

It was AJ who had to make the adjustments with Lauren after he nearly dropped her on the launch show. He didn't make that mistake again!

Apparently Clara will be saying "happy place" 3 times at the end of her dance this week. It is in homage to fellow R1 DJ Jordan North who is in I'm a Celebrity.

Yes Polka He looks so vulnerable training in his shorts. it's good his physio is pleased with him. He is doing very well it's true!
