Yes Peter and Lauren have Louie. Lauren ran off with Steven and they all lived with Ian for a while. Steven and Abbie had an affair and baby Abby. Technically she isn't related to the Beales but Ian did raise Steven as he thought he was his son (and he may legally have been as probably on birth certificate)
