It is a total mess raahh I home Ed mine but my nieces and nephews are all over the place with closures and year groups being sent home.

Gahh. I don't want a rain delay - not with Diego on a roll.

I am gutted- dd2 was due to go back to the hospital tomorrow, she is due urgent surgery (she needs a stoma/colostomy)- they have just rung and cancelled the appointment. She has been off school last week, she is so ill. |We've waited months to be seen. She really can't wait much longer.

I want to cry.

I wish they would stop making excuses for Djok. Not hurting anyone? Tell that to the line judge he hit.

I have my fingers crossed for you and your dd raahh that the delay will only be minimal.
I generally can't fault our dr but he was forced to cancel and appointment for my dd a few weeks ago.....I get the frustration. Nothing worse than not being able to make it better/fix it for them.

Diego was decidedly wobbly his last service game......I really can't see him winning, but we can hope.

I have everything crossed for Diego- but I'm not hopeful.

Maybe we can get a time machine back a couple of years to when he had his blip?

I'm really quite upset. I think I had got myself so psyched up for the appointment, and knowing she will need even more time off school ( after being off for 6 months) and now it is going to be delayed even longer.

Dh is hopeful we will be seen in the next week, but I'm a bit of a negative nelly .

Thanks, Kazza, I've calmed down a bit now, but it doesn't help that it should have been sorted last November.

And Djok's smug face every where isn't helping!

My biggest worry is that the hospitals will close again ( the we go to became the local 'hub') and it will be ages before she gets seen.

It's such a worry. I was so relieved to get seen before everything grinds to a halt again. Hopefully her doctor will get back to work soon.

DH still not home - had a few setbacks but is now in rehab for the hip & otherwise (all digits crossed) medically fit. Can't see him for 2 weeks which is tough but he sounds so much better.
