Not what I would normally watch but I'm hooked. Dh made me watch The Karate Kid to fully appreciate it.
Ralph Macchio hasn't aged well but the guy who plays Johnny Lawrence is lovely. It's fabulously cheesy.

Team Miyagi-do here. Daniel is so wholesome!

I'm hoping they join together against Crease for season 3. I loved the episode where the partners were rolling their eyes at the 30 yr old karate feud.

Absolutely HATED Johnny at season one (just because I love Daniel-San but by the end of season two I was definitely feeling the Johnny appreciation too.

The brownie motto isn’t as catchy as Strike First Strike Hard No Mercy.

We watched the Karate Kid last night for the first time in years to combat the Cobra Kai withdrawals. It’s ALL Kreese’s fault. Johnny was terrified of him! Almost did a wee cry when he hands Daniel-San the trophy and says you’re alright Larusso.’ 😭

@nancybotwinbloom he’s an evil bastard! And Johnny could snap him in two but he won’t because he’s not a psychopath like Kreese is. Would save a lot of trouble for everyone if he did, though. Took him out with a Coors Banquet 12 pack to the back of the head. I have to admit I was pissing myself when Kreese put up a photo of himself in the dojo office
