Susan of old wouldn't have put up with Jane's crap

It's rather boring at the moment - Karl looking anguished, Susan cross, Paul sly, Brent wide-eyed and whispering, Nicolette wide-eyed and smirking, Jane wide-eyed and sanctimonious....... and I haven't a clue why the new Sheila is in it, so pointless.

I like new Shelia.
Jane is the most annoying pointless character ever, wish she would fall down the well.

There's Def a vibe between S2 and Ned

I think that one of the writer’s has a mum like Jane and they themselves have been a bit of a Nicolette as a result. I think Jane’s twatty character gives Nicolette an understandable reason to why she is how she is. And I think Nicolette is a well written character from the off compared to the one dimensional ones such as Harlow, Brent, Levi etc.

Plain Jane Superbrain has always been sanctimonious and ott.
In the past Charlene was a good foil for her but ugh her and Susan together 😴

Sheila Canning mark 2 had better be good.

Jane is in a programme Bridesmaids' Secrets and Lies on More4 and she seems quite normal in that

At the moment my least hated storyline is Bea and her podcast. That tells you how bloody dire Neighbours is at present.

Harlow is there to represent future students which was Brent’s idea. The others are just randoms (although apparently based on production staff and crew).

Is that because of his voice maybe, although the voice is because of his hearing problem, my brother's is very similar.

There's a video and when he takes the implant out his voice is totally different. I'm assuming a mix of his voice and his soft nature. ..

Tbh I can see why people may jump to that assumption. Either way I think he's great, he's really getting into the character and I thought the other day's scene at the hospital was particularly funny.
It would be good if he moved in with Susan but doesn't that Aunt what's her face live on the street? (supposedly even though we don't see her unless she's falling over)

I really don't care about brent and his awful brother. Hopefully they go soon.

Yes, I find their stuff boring. We haven’t seen enough of a good side to Brent to warrant much empathy, nor have we heard much or the hardship he’s been through. It’s all been a bit superficial. “It’s dangerous living on the streets” “I had to have a knife to feel safe after I got beaten up” but nothing deeper is said. Bea lived on the streets, surely they could have a deep chat about what it’s really like. It just feels like the writers didn’t do any research there.

Jane is so awful, she apologised then had another go at Susan, not really understanding why the project being there is anything to do with the attack?

I wish Harlow would stay in London permanently, what a drag she is! And Jane could go with her.
