Well, I just sat down to watch the women's final, and Osaka has withdrawn with a hamstring(?) injury. Not the way Azarenka would want to win- and I hope Naomi is ok to continue to play the US open.

The roof thing last night was ridiculous - ‘rain in the area’? I don’t know if it did rain but the delay in getting the roof on broke RBA’s momentum and then the conditions when the roof was on suited Djokovic more

I would love to see Milos win later (even if his shorts are too short!) but can’t really see it happening - I hope that I’m wrong. If Djok does win I’m definitely not hanging around for the celebration!
