Hello Worrywart - just joined you and agreeing with every word you have written so far (page 15).

"Tommo" is desperate for Andrew not to get married. Andrew's mother is a poisonous ole trout ("Vanessa is a domineering lady" - talk about pot and kettle), but I'm glad that Andrew and Vanessa are going to give it a go. If they get away from the 'experts they have a much better chance.

Simon and Alene are lovely. She looked so beautiful when she went for her commitment ceremony - and she's so bubbly and generous of spirit - she deserves the lovely Simon. He really opened up to her today - it was a delight.

Aww that was the sweetest episode so far. How refreshing not to have to watch the twins or Anthony or Abandrew types taking over. Andrew’s speech was extremely honest and lovely. She can’t say that he’s not given her emotion. And Alene and Simon, 💕💕💕. Love them!

Tomorrow is gonna drive us mad if it’s the droney Moany twins. “Gonna have to dig deep” and decide..

Simon and Allene were so lovely. I think he’s fallen for her. Was nice to hear Andrew’s words too-‘turn your volume up to 10’.

They could match up the jealous mates - big Andrews jealous mate with Alene’s suspicious mate!

I quite liked the bit near the beginning when we got a little cameo of Spoony and Nadia - where Spoony was saying he was worried because Nadia didn't seem very keen.

DH said "I'm not surprised. If I was a woman and some man called me a frigid titless wonder, I'd not be very happy about it either".

(FWIW, DH thinks that Nadia is the best-looking of the women, but that Alene is the most attractive because she's so bubbly. He thinks the Twins look glamorous but predatory)

Alene's suspicious mate is a bit of a witch, isn't she?

Ah Alene looked amazing, totally gorgeous. Simon had it right, she looked delicious. (Yes, I am straight but I'm just thinking how Alene was viewed by Simon - who is also gorgeous).

You all have to watch tomorrow to see if Jesse finds his door.

What’s the betting that they do actually put a door for when he does his speech?

Oh dear, I had a few tears too. I'm wondering whether I should Google what happens at the end of the series as I just want to believe that to Simon and Alene are now happily married.

Think I may skip tomorrow can't cope with the twins and Jesse's door.

Oh gosh yes, please let there be an actual door at the ceremony, (as an aside, I find the Australian pronunciation of cereMOANY really irritating).

I don’t think I can watch the twins’ episode. I find I don’t really care what they do, nor am I bothered about Nick and Jesse.

Really loved tonight’s episode. Simon and Alene are the cutest. She was lifting her leg back coquettishly when he was kissing her- SO SWEET.

You can’t skip episodes now after all these weeks of crap! It’s just not cricket!

Oh my! Simon and Alene! Such a beautiful couple. I'm so happy for them but I'm so envious of Alene - the way Simon looks at her. It's definite love.

Who knew that gorgeous man was hiding under those hideous ringlets at the start of the series.

When the announcer mentioned the 'vowel renewal ceremony', DH sleepily piped up 'the bowel removal ceremony?' And I can't help but think that would be a better ending for some of the couples.

LOVE Simon and Alene, they're adorable. Altho...... I always think their kisses look awkward 😕
I did laugh when Simon asked which friend Alene had spoken to about her decision, and she said "your favourite." 😅😅
I wish they had split the twins for the ceremonies, as I just don't want an entire episode devoted to them. And judging by the preview of Shaz's strop, it is all going to be about her. Again.

I adore Simon's friend, she comes across as a really kind friend who is genuinely wanting the best for him, rather than many friends who have a bit of a rivalry/jealousy with each other.

Vanessa- hmm, I'm just not convinced she's really into him. I think she's more into the idea of him or what he could be, rather than what he is. I totally understand her reservations, but I couldn't keep plodding on if I felt he wasn't ever opening up to me. She also speaks to him as if she's his mum, not a partner.

Oh I forgot to say. When you see the flashbacks of alene and simon getting married, it shows what a lovely person Alene is, that she didn't fancy him at all, but still gave it everything she had. She smiled and laughed throughout the wedding day, and made a real effort on the honeymoon. Good things come to those who demand their partner has a haircut wait.

I know what you mean about the kisses but can't imagine kissing DP with cameras there!

Loved tonight’s episode.
Andy’s speech was so thoughtful and lovely, I was willing Vanessa to say yes. And am hoping she gives him the chance to develop his voice. He could if she’d just pipe down for long enough.
As for Simon and Alene, just adorable. She looked radiant!

I really enjoyed tonight's episode. I do like Simon and Alene. Her eyes looked beautiful tonight, she looks very mischievous and fun loving.
Quite looking forward to part 2 tomorrow!
Poor Jesse and his door analogy. I fear he may be shown it tomorrow night, bless him!
