Jane I know that 'lightning' is his nickname, (and what he has just called his daughter), but it never occurred to me to think that Bolt wasn't his name

Mind you- the film, 'Bolt' (about a cartoon dog) was her favourite film when she little, maybr that's why she is confused .

It is also really raining. I want to walk the dog - but even I am not going out yet.

DD1 officially 'finished' school for the summer yesterday. It is the most bizzare feeling. It feels like 5 minutes since last summer- and they have hardly been in school this year!

It is a very strange time Raahh - the 6 week school holidays usually seem really long anyway and they’ve already been off for months!

It should have been DS1’s graduation yesterday so I’m doing a little graduation party this afternoon - was hoping to be outside but it’s a bit grey and possibly showery . I’m just about to make Spidey’s scones . I’ve also ordered him a mortar board from the internet - do you think I should make a speech?

DS joined the local tennis club this week and had a session with the head coach this morning. He's going to join a small group session on Monday evenings aswell.
