From googling, it seems there was a clash in filming schedules when it came to the new series, so at least they didn't just get rid of him. But still!

I liked the "old" Pav as well. How many episodes in this new series?

ageing I'm not sure- Australia have not long started showing it themselves, I think there will be 30 like the first series, going off IMDB.

I watched the last couple of episodes of Red Rock earlier in the year- I have a feeling it won't be back (although it was a massive cliff hanger).

I liked '800 Words' that was on last summer- but that hasn't been given a new series either .

New Pav is not growing on me (I know it has only been 2 days ).

I have been watching the new series of 'The Umbrella Academy' on Netflix- the actress who played the counsellor/love interest of Jimmi for a bit- her character was Megan- in in it. She is a lot better than she was in Doctors - but it was a bit of rubbish part!

I'm back at work and Doctors isn't. I'm bereft and canna cope!

Hello everyone. I've just watched the lockdown special episode for the first time this morning and caught up on the thread.

Yes I'm old enough to remember watching Budgie. I TiVo d the TPTV first episode, oh my god I could only watch the first ten minutes, it's so dated.

I wondered if I'd forgotten the outcome of Ruhma investigation. Appears I didn't. Trust her to recover perfectly.
But that song , If I lay here ( Chasing Cars) it always makes me feel goose bumps and teary Raahh

So glad my elderly mum isn't yet in a care home, devastating events in some of them. It's like old people don't matter.

I liked Shak and Val best.
Nice to see Immie.

Karen looked so much prettier with her own make up.

ICU consultant looked far too bright eyed and mascaraed up.

Oh- TDog you asked who Tanya was?

She was a woman in an abusive relationship (pregnant) who Nosy Rhuma took in, even though she was suspended and shouldn't have been meddling. She eventually had her baby- Rhuma became super creepy and over involved. I think Tanya was planning to leave - just before the series ended. I hope so.

I'm watching the snooker, they've got canned applause, which actually helps the atmosphere.
Plus elbow bump instead of the traditional hand shake.
One of the Thai players namaste- d it was lovely.
When we watched snooker right at the start of lockdown it really upset me with all the restrictions and silence.
