It's odd to consider if eastenders was real life (bear with me!) How much wouldn't have happened because of lockdown:

Keegan wouldn't have been open to meet those lads who trashed his van

Was the party before lockdown? If not Keegan would have been there to get arrested

Sharon wouldn't be able to fly back

Ben would never have gone for his OP

If sharon had have been able to get back she wouldn't have been able to go to Linda to find the teddy bear.

Martin wouldn't have got a job at the club as it would be shut

What else?

So it's going to be an eleventh hour change of mind for shazza, meaning Kazza gets to stay and sort out Keegs and presumably shaz and phil will pull out of buying the pub as the 'job' will go wrong despite Phil unfolding and furtively refolding that map a million times, meaning mock and L will get to stay at the vic, Tina can stop sulking, and Stacey can come back to save jean at the exact moment she can walk in on Martin and ruby getting it on! Does anyone know whose house it is that ruby is buying?

I’m really confused as to what’s going on with ruby and Max? I thought they’d split, but then lately it looks like they’re back together. But then her and Martin are being very flirty. Then Ruby’s going on about a young blonde for max, is she finding him a girlfriend?

I think Ruby is meant to be a modern woman and she and Max have an open relationship, which he's not at all happy about but is pretending he does, because he doesn't want to show his age.

I wish they’d let sharon have a hair make over. She’s had enough disaster in her life by now to deserve a “lift my spirits” new do. Those horrible straw like extensions are just awful!

I liked her hairthought it looked good as there was less of it.

You could see the line between her real hair and the extensions when the camera showed the back of her head!

Is that Sharon’s hair in real life or are the extensions just for the character?

I think she must wear them in RL. It’d be a faff to get them in and out every time she was filming.

If I was involved in setting up a job big enough to fund the purchase of a pub I would definitely not be including a deaf person in the plans, for many reasons including the safety of that person.
