I’m not sure how many on MN watched the first series of Save Me in 2017 on Sky One but it was brilliant. Just seen that the second series starts on 1st April. It’s well worth watching and the whole series should be available straight off. Great acting, riveting plot and was just amazing.

Damn I can't remember the ending. Might rewatch the last two before series 2. I thought it was excellent.

It was excellent, wasn’t it? Every role was superbly acted and I’m looking forward to seeing Lesley Manville in it. I keep recommending it to everyone. I’m going to try to watch the whole series in one sitting although I think kids might scupper those plans!

I battered through the whole season today. There went my early night! I watched it first time around but glad I watched it again to refresh my memory. Can't wait for Wednesday.

Radio Times has given the new series a five star review, said it is superb. I can’t wait. Sky One are showing it at 2am. I keep telling myself that I should wait until tomorrow but......

I stayed up and watched the first episode. It was brilliant. No spoilers, I promise. It’s on Sky Atlantic not Sky One as I’d originally said. The whole series can now be downloaded too. 😄

@Inappropriatefemale I thought the ending was great it was a proper cliff hanger and the thought of that being some people lives Ade Edmondson was fantastic just the right air of creepiness and malevolence.

I think I was disappointed that she wasn’t found in all honesty.

Well yes I know, lol, what I mean is that I don’t think a 2nd series was really necessary and one would’ve been enough. I liked it at first but think I got bored in all honesty, I’ll give S2 a go though.

I'm watching the last episode of series1. Totally forgot how bleak and dark it is.

I’ve just finished it. Absolutely brilliant, didn’t disappoint at all. Fucking brutal to watch in places but outstanding acting from all of them.
