I miss Christina. So clever and the banter was amazing.

I also miss Cristina.

Does anyone else wonder or know whether when an actor leaves whether they get the choice to still 'be in it' - but in the sense that once in a while they could pop up for a conversation or come to visit? I know it's unlikely if you decide to leave, but I do always wonder whether any actors have requested to still make appearances and been told no.

I guess as a viewer it's just the frustration of having characters leave and then never see them again, despite them having a child with a current character etc (like April)

I find it amazing how the children barely feature at all. Especially little Harriet. Jackson is always off doing whilst never caring for his child.

But it's a medical drama / drama about their relationship. Do we really want to see them sat at home with the kids doing arts and crafts or playing in the garden without any other story? Some of the characters need to have kids - pregnancy drama, custody battles, and because people of their age do, but i dont think knowing what Jackson does with Harriet on his custody days really adds to the drama unless they're gonna come across someone with a leg hanging off as tey go hiking. the relationship are more relevant as they add to the drama within the hospital.

When Callie left we knew about the custody issues cos they affect how Arizona was in work etc., characters getting pregnant affects how they are at work and interact with each other etc.

I did enjoy the Charmed sister episode. Especially the nod to charmed in that they all had H names and Alyssa's character lay crystals out to heal her. It would have been nice if the other sister (either Doherty or McGowan) could have been in it but Doherty and Milano fell out during filming of Charmed and was one of the reasons that Doherty was written out. Plus when they filmed the episode I expect McGowan was busy with the Harvey Weinstein thing?
I have unfortunately seen spoilers on social media so know what happens but will be good to see it played out - I do agree though it seems to be getting a bit stale and lacks a certain something. Bailey is very soft now and nothing like she was in the first couple of seasons but with all that has happened to her that was maybe bound to happen.

Doherty is dealing with a return of cancer do I wasn't surprised she wasn't in it.

Jo and her sighs annoy me..

They've made the cellmate resemble Meredith don't you think? Just catching up on second one now.

Couple of nothing episodes but did like the Jo and Alex throwing scene. And Amelia is so sweet with Linc. He’s really growing on me. Have gone off Owen big time and Teddy is annoying

Owen seems a bit of a dick now. I used to like him as he was solid.

I found Arizona a bit whiny in the end. I am missing the big strong characters though.

I'm really disliking the fact Jackson is with Vic from the fire station spin off. She seemed to really love the Chief who died (and god he was gorgeous) and now she's suddenly with Jackson?

@covetingthepreciousthings the sacking of April and Arizona was apparently quite contentious within the case and quite bitter. No way will they be popping back any time soon.

I really can't stand Owen and Maggie now, they are so blah. And Jackson, who I was never a fan of really, has become this smarmy innuendo guy. Urgh. What has happened to them all? DeLuca is easy on the eye but I just don't believe him and Meredith would be a couple.

I like Amelia, I feel like she's been on a proper journey and I like Linc, but so many of the characters have been ruined. Bailey is nothing like how she used to be.

I'm actually enjoying the Pac North storylines more than the Grey Sloan ones now. At least Webber and Karev are still the same characters they were before.

I found it sound weird the first time I heard him speak with his real accent, the same for Camilla Luddington who plays Jo who has a British accent in real life.

I didn't know Camilla Luddington was British! Where is she from? What kind of accent does she have?
