I wonder how much of that was to do with the Patrick Dempsey salary and affair rumours.

spiderlight · 08/08/2020 17:22

Has anyone watched 'New Amsterdam' on Prime? I've just started watching it to fill the Grey's gap and it's pretty good.

PaternosterLoft · 08/08/2020 18:37

I preferred Code Black, or even the Night shift. New Amsterdam is just too saccharine and unrealistic for me.

SleepingStandingUp · 09/08/2020 03:35

It's weird seeing GA characters in S19 knowing GAV has finished filming

vjg13 · 10/08/2020 11:00

I liked New Amsterdam, have binge watched it over the last few weeks.

spiderlight · 12/08/2020 16:56

I've just sat and watched the two blizzard episodes of New Amsterdam in 33 degree heat! It is a bit saccharine, it's true, and the head tilt and four different sympathetic expressions that accompany everything Max says are starting to grate a bit, but I'm still enjoying it. I love Kapoor, in particular.

SleepingStandingUp · 15/08/2020 21:21

Oh God so weird watching s19 with TONS of cross overs to GA. Amelia is back at work already!!

IslaMann · 13/11/2020 12:54

Season 17 starts in the US next week I think. But apparently not in uk til 2021 😞

greenemerald · 13/11/2020 13:09

I googled season 17 and came across a MASSIVE spoiler Shock don't do it!

FatGirlShrinking · 13/11/2020 13:15

Season 17 started last night in the Us showing episodes 1 and 2.

If it's anything like last time theyll hit the U.K. next spring.

CallieTorres · 13/11/2020 13:48

really really don't look - you will not want to know

Justme10 · 15/11/2020 08:36

I saw the spoiler it was shared on fb Angry

Moirasrose · 15/11/2020 09:11

It drives me mad how the US get everything before us and then spoilers can be seen online.

It is an American program
Justme10 · 15/11/2020 09:39

I think it just annoys me because people knowingly share spoilers for the rest of us

JillGoodacre · 15/11/2020 09:57

It's for 5 seconds at the end of ep2. Noti a major plot point - well not yet I guess. I get it the next day after the USA and I saw the spoilers on FB. It's annoying but what can you do?

That's not a reason. Loads of US shows air at the same time in UK to avoid spoilers. It's down to the networks and ABC are shafting the UK with this. I can't get excited for greys anymore because it takes too long to get it here.
