Well. I didn't call that. I honestly thought they were going to kill Bex off when she took the dodgy pills and that she would be the only fatality. I was in the edge of my chair!

Bex pissed me off actually, when she woke up and said “I’m so sorry....” deja vu, only last time she tried to kill herself. Her poor parents!

Btw I’m not minimising her suicide attempt, just that she really shouldn’t be taking drugs now after all that....silly girl!!

I know she's had a lot of pressure put on her by Sonia exam wise but she's had a reasonably easy time of it by EE character standards!

Talking of who was to blame .... the captainless party boat careered into a dredging barge - why was it captainless? Because Phil knocked him out trying to get to Ken and then proceeded to scuffle around the wheelhouse with Ken. But ..... the end of the day, it all comes back to Sharon having a bunk up with Ken whilst married to Phil - she started this chain of events, although to be fair not everyone who has been cheated would think the other man/woman deserved to be killed:....

They're all to blame.
Sharon swore on his life a year ago that she wasn't shagging Keanu.
Keanu came back, and then told Denny the plan that they were all going away.
Phil for being all macho, gung-ho on the boat. And for leaving Denny behind in the first place.
Ian for locking him in.
Denny himself for not listening to his muvva and staying off the boat.

If Callum is dead I will protest by not watching for a week.

I had to avoid the thread earlier as I watched tonight’s on catch up. I can’t believe they killed off Denny! Poor Sharon.
Also can’t believe all the people still sloshing about in their wet clothes hours after the event.
New Peter is about a foot taller than previous Peter.
I was so sure Leo would rise from the dead and disappear from the kitchen. Slightly disappointed that he didn’t!

Agree it was all a chain of events but realistically it was the madman that took a gun onto a boat and tried to kill someone.

Peter is back on brotherly terms with Bobby which is good.

The voicemail has to play a big part in this. And surely there will consequences of Ben telling Phil he would shoot him if it meant Callum would be safe?

I don't know if Sharon and Phil would get back together because of Denny. Wouldn't they blame each other? Sharon would blame Phil for not taking him to Portugal where he would have been safe and Phil would blame Sharon for having got involved with Keanu and creating the mess in the first place?

I know its EE but Sonia leaving Leo on the floor and not calling the police was bizarre. There was a dead body on her kitchen floor and she basically ignored it and carried on.

Aprilfools you called Denny dying and the new baby being born on the last thread. Well done!

Things to hope for for next week:-

1. Callum alive
2. Linda to check into some form of rehab (find the money from somewhere? Not sure where?)
3. Phil to be chastened
4. the launderette fully booked up washing everyone's clothes and people being dry!

Longer term I hope they sort Whitney/Leo killing out soon and that they have police enquires/inquest into boat.

Also I thought new head Peter was standing on some steps when talking to Kathy but he probably wasn't, was he Noisy?

I’ve just realised Sharon and baby are now homeless! She won’t be able to stay with Ian unless he doesn’t tell her about locking him in the room and the voicemail is delayed for some reason. Will mick and Linda take her back?
