Just spotted this on Netflix today with Richard Armitage, trailer looks good, I'm going to start it later on, 8 episodes so not too long.

I've just seen this too, and popped on here to see if anyone had reviewed it.
Seems it's new, that it's not even found on the search function. Currently watching ep 1.

PollyPocketLucyLocket · 30/01/2020 09:35

it's so new

LittleLebowski · 30/01/2020 09:41

Out today I think? It's the Harlan Coben adaptation. I'll be interested to know if it's any good because I watched all of "Safe" (the other Harlan Coben story that was on) and thought it was Ok, though was put off by Michael C Hall's weird English accent. I really like a Richard Armitage so will probably sit through it regardless just for him!

RedRiverShore · 30/01/2020 11:48

Watched 2 episodes and enjoying it, there is loads going on and not sure how it is all going to work out, have not read the book. Won’t say much as it is so new but prefer it to Safe. I think I might manage to get it finished by tomorrow night Grin

Just finished episode 2. Yes lots going on but it’s good so far.

Whattheduck · 30/01/2020 20:42

I’m about to watch the 1st episode
I went to school with Richard Armitage so looking forward to it

LittleLebowski · 30/01/2020 21:40

First episode was good! Is it exactly the same filming locations and school as Safe was? Definitely looks it. You went to school with Richard Armitage!? whattheduck?! Was he quite the heart throb even then? I actually prefer him in the Hobbit makeup!

RedRiverShore · 30/01/2020 21:47

On episode 7 now and have been on the edge of my seat in quite a few bits, it’s really good and oh my, fancy going to school with RA

Lochnessgiraffe · 30/01/2020 22:08

RedRiverShore · 31/01/2020 08:10

DirtyDeeds · 31/01/2020 08:12

I watched the whole series yday (ill) and greatly enjoyed it!

BlackAmericanoNoSugar · 31/01/2020 09:48

What? You all have all the episodes? I can't get past episode 1 so I assumed it was a weekly release. Angry

coconuttelegraph · 31/01/2020 11:27

I've now watched the first two, I'm really enjoying it too. Nice to see Jennifer Saunders.

All episodes are available for me BlackAmerican - are you in the UK?

Rollergirl11 · 31/01/2020 11:34

I watched the first episode last night. I liked it but I really have no idea how it’s all going to piece together! Where is it meant to be set? DH thought perhaps Harrogate.

coconuttelegraph · 31/01/2020 11:40

I assume that as it's by Harlan Coben it would have originally been set in America then adapted for the UK so I guess a non specific location. Not London though from the 2 eps I've seen

BlackAmericanoNoSugar · 31/01/2020 12:09

I'm not in the UK coconut, but I have just now been back to have a look and it's letting me view episode 2. Netflix has been a glitchy bastard for about a week now, it keeps randomly not being able to do what I ask and wants to go back to the home page. Plus I can see some of 'my list' on the home page, but if I go to the 'my list' page then it tells me I haven't added anything, when I know I've got at least 30 things listed.

DirtyDeeds · 31/01/2020 16:58

Not sure @Rollergirl11 but it was definitely part filmed in Stockport and greater Manchester. Think it’s genetically set ‘oop north’

DirtyDeeds · 31/01/2020 16:59

Generically...

Haybo26 · 31/01/2020 18:11

Finished it today...my god it was good!!!

CatherineCawood · 01/02/2020 18:14

Just finshed ep 2. Sooo good. Not sure how the stories are intertwined yet. Really should think about making dinner soon but might just watch another one first.

Bobsandbitz · 01/02/2020 20:23

On episode 6 now!! Enjoying it, although it's so much like the other Harlan Coben's series (Safe, Five). People living in houses not many of us are lucky to be living in Grin, and it almost has an American feel to it, even though it's set in England. I still like it though. It's a good, gripping drama!!

madmumofteens · 01/02/2020 20:42

Just finished it and loved it x

Supersimkin2 · 01/02/2020 21:13

Superb.
