So, have finished the ironing and watched the lot again, and still haven't a clue.
I think Phil, who was pointing a gun, and Ben, who is pointing a gun at Phil get interrupted by Mad Martin. They both, together, simultaneously, at the same time shoot Mad Martin. He goes in the water. Dead. Brown bread, swimming with the whelks. Meanwhile, Bex dies of dodgy pills. Sonja, overcome with grief throws herself off the top of a disused warehouse. She lands on Callum, who regains consciousness, because he has been touched by a angel, of course. He makes a full recovery (please, just for our 80s sake) but St Sonja snuffs it (fingers crawsed as Dot would say).

I thought I saw Ian in the water. I think I'll do a catch up again before tonight's episode.

I said it before , but it's not until you see bad acting you then appreciate the good ones.
They are not always perfect, but they can pull it out the bag at the right times.
Phil has been consistently good over the years and Sharon really did look in pain last night. For a soap I think they all do quite well at times.

Quite often they're also really good at getting believable people for the small parts these days. They've had good doctors and nurses etc recently.

Juan, yep good lists there and I agree with all that! I like Max but his done nothing much for ages and apart from a row with Jack on the boat , his been quiet. Can I add jack to the death list? I'd feel sorry for the kids but I'm sure someone would take them in..

I wouldn't mind if it is Jack. I have never warmed the character, especially when he got that hired sports car and cruised along next to Mel with smooth operator blasting out of the stereo (in those awful polo necks!).
